It’s safe to say 2017 is well underway. I’m nearly finished with my second week of work and I’m already exhausted..Does anyone else feel this way?
Anyway, I feel like every year truly is a new chance to set goals of things you would like to achieve and implement. So, I’ve taken the plunge and joined a gym! I’ve also cut sugar out of my diet completely and am back on the LCHF lifestyle, as I feel it really works for me. If you have never heard of the LCHF lifestyle, you can read more here.
But most of all, my resolution is to spend time blogging – something I’ve always loved!
